McCulloch is an actress and producer known for her roles in "The Walking Dead" (2010), "The Glorias" (2020), and "The Resident" (2018). She also appeared in director Joshua Marston's film "Come Sunday" opposite Chiwetel Ejiofor.

One of McCulloch's most memorable roles is her guest appearance in "The Walking Dead" Season 9, where she starred alongside Samantha Morton as Alpha and Ryan Hurst as Beta.
